Spuitkurk of Corcho Proyectado komt uit Spanje. Het is een product voor het afwerken van de ondergrond met kurk die onder hogedruk op de ondergrond wordt gespoten.

Gespoten kurk of spuitkurk is een product op basis van natuurlijke kurkkorrels acrylaathars op waterbasis en pigmenten.

Voordelen van gespoten kurk:

Ecologie. Een van de belangrijkste voordelen van spuitkurk is – milieuvriendelijkheid en groot natuurlijk potentieel dat beschermende eigenschappen heeft tegen schadelijke interferentie. Wetenschappers hebben aangetoond dat kurk beschermt tegen abnormale magnetische velden en uv-stralen.

Duurzaamheid in combinatie met de zachtheid en elasticiteit, vochtwerend, warmte, optimale slipweerstand.

Zachtheid. Door zijn structuur is spuitkurk een uiterst veerkrachtig materiaal dat zeer goed samengedrukt kan worden. En vooral waardevol is omdat het na de verwijdering van de belasting vrijwel volledig herstelt naar de oorspronkelijke vorm en afmetingen.

Stilte. Spuitkurk - isolatie, dit is de beste natuurlijke warmte en geluidsisolatie. Het vermindert trillingen en vibratie van geluid in gebouwen. Kurkisolatie kan dus worden gebruikt in muziekstudio’s, concertzalen, bioscopen, bibliotheken.

Spuitkurk is een perfecte isolator. Het materiaal is zeer licht (104-120 kg/ m 3), drukvast (de maximale druk van 10.000 kg/ m 2) en krimpt niet. Muren en wanden worden absoluut “niet leuk” voor ongedierte.

Kurkkorrels vermengd tot een emulsie en op kleur gebracht vormen een bescherming laag voor vrijwel elk type van ondergrond.

Wij kunnen gespoten kurk van Suberlev toepassen op gevels, wanden, plafonds, steen, beton, hout, …

Dit wonderproduct kan rechtstreeks worden toegepast op een ondergrond of in combinatie met isolatie- en bezettingssystemen. Het is uiterst duurzaam en decoratief.

Bij de aanvang van de werken zullen wij de ondergrond voorbereiden, herstellen indien dit nodig zou zijn, reinigen en voorbehandelen met primer. Voordat er kurk geplaatst kan worden zullen wij alles grondig afplakken en indien nodig beschermen met stofnetten om geen overlast te veroorzaken.

Nadat de werken werden uitgevoerd zullen wij alle aangebrachte afplakmateriaal verwijderen en de werken proper achterlaten.
